You schedule appointments online and receive an email that day about the booked appointment. Then a few days before you receive a reminder email with the date and time and cancellation policy. The day before you receive a text with directions and another reminder. I like that they are so reminder happy.
It is hard to find, just off the road on a side street with buildings. It is just a one room business so you wait out in the hall before your appointment. She had me fill out a form about my skin type and background (I went for a facial).
Hope was the woman doing my facial she was very good and kind! There was upbeat classical music on in the background and the massage bed was warmed! I loved that and am thinking about seeing if they have any massage options. Hope explained the three parts of the deep cleansing facial I was getting which I appreciated. She used the whole hour and after my skin felt amazing! I think I will be coming back here soon!

This was previously in Kentlands but is now located near the intersection of Gude and Norbeck. I bought a Groupon for a one hour deep cleansing facial and had a good experience. This was my first facial so I can’t compare it to others. The online scheduling system is very easy to use, although there are limited times available.
After filling out a questionnaire and speaking with the specialist, she recommended that I get an acne facial instead. Honestly, I couldn’t tell the difference, but she assured me that it was better for my skin. If I need another facial, I would come back here.
