on 6−26−14 my office decided to order from Jerry’s because they had dropped off a menu. I placed the order. I ordered a Reg Ultimate Sub and a Reg Veggie Melt sub. Both that probably went in the micro wave because the bun was not toasted, my veggie melt had mushrooms that clearly came from a can. I ordered a «White» pizza (no tomato sauce) the man that took my order said oh okay a cheese pizza I said NO its a «White» pizza he said okay. It came as a regular cheese pizza with tomato sauce. I ordered a diet coke because the guy at works really likes fountain drinks, what came was a warm Diet Coke in a bottle. I have emailed the corporate office in Gaithersburg twice and have yet to get a response. Not going to order from them again.

I was in the neighborhood and wanted to grab a quick bite. I had seen the Jerry’s commercial and it seemed appealing so I ordered a cheesesteak with everything, fried jalapeños and a regular drink.
Let’s start with the service which was excellent. I was welcomed and thanked for coming in to the restaurant. And the restaurant was very clean and neat, which is a big plus.
The cheesesteak I ordered was delicious! They toasted the bun and melted the cheese on the steak. So great! Plus the fried jalapeños are awesome if you like spicy food.
Overall, I had a great experience. The only hits I would give them is that my food took some time to get ready but it was during a busy lunch. I’d recommend this location and plan to come back soon.

I agree with previous reviews… Jerry’s is okay… I like their commercials more then the good, but it will do in a pinch.
BP and I were in the area and the Indian Restaurant we wanted to go to was closed and we didn’t want to come back during their evening hours so we went to Jerry’s.
I had the cheese steak with the jalapeños and I enjoyed it. It was pretty spicy.
The service was slow and the pizza was horrible. I might update the review if I get better service next time.

We ordered delivery and it took more than an hour to deliver. The subs and fries were luke-​warm. They tasted very bland with no flavor what so ever. For the price we paid we should have gotten something better. We will never again place an order here.

Food is pretty good but a little pricey for being a carryout. They do have the $ 5.99 large pizza special on Monday’s but other than that there is not much. Jerry’s will advertise other deals like $ 17.98 for two subs two fries and two drinks on tuesdays; but if you do the math from their regular menu, you can get this any day. I usually come here for the cheesesteaks and don’t get pizza much so I can’t speak for the pizza here but I think their subs are good. Service is slow, I used to go to the one in Burtonsville and they were extremely efficient this one takes at least 10 minutes to get your food. Its also never busy so you don’t have to worry about waiting in line that often

Keep on walking. Of course the banners outside are deceiving, but that isn’t the worst of it. You walk out of the place smelling like food. Get some ventilation. Also learn to smile and get the orders correct. I was stay away from here.

Pardon my french but this place is pure DOODOO! There is only one place in the DMV where i’ve had a similar misadventure (YES YOU PIZZA HUT ON COLUMBIA ROAD, DC) and still feel angry thinking about it years later. There is no one there for a reason. Consider yourself warned

This could be the worst pizza I have ever had. It’s greasy, it’s heavy, and one of the handful of times I have been dragged there, I even got sick from this rancid, awful pizza. Many of the locals love it. I don’t get it. The crust is practically still frozen and don’t even think about trying to keep it overnight, unless you like pizza with the consistency of matzoh.
Jerry’s is not just awful, it’s downright disgusting.

Normally I can’t diss fast food restaurants and chains, but this Jerry’s was in a very sketchy location. Located behind a car dealership next to a magic shop at the corner of White Flint Mall, I was questioning whether to eat at another place because something just didn’t seem right… It’s a little creepy when you’re the only person in the entire restaurant when you order your food, watch them cook it, and you get it at the end. If I was planning to eat at the restaurant, I would’ve changed my mind and taken it home to-​go.
I heard on the radio that Jerry’s was offering subs for $ 2.99. I thought there would be a catch and sure enough, it was for a 4″ sub… So I ended up being a fatty and buying two. $ 5.99 large cheese pizzas aren’t too shabby as well.
Hate to say it, but I could easily see this restaurant closing down because of the economy. Sorry Jerry.

I’m not from D.C. and I’d never been to a Jerry’s before. My girlfriend insisted on trying it, so why not?
I’d heard the radio commericals for new subs that had comeout and thought I might really like it.
I have to say Jerry’s has possibly the worst most tasteless subs I’ve ever had.
I ordered the fat daddy… this name just implies gooey cheesy goodness with tons of steak… first of all the sandwich was so tiny (I ordered the largest possible) my baby sister could have eaten it, there was almost no cheese to be found despite it’s boasting of having double of not one, but two kinds of cheese. There was a lot of bacon, but that’s about it. Also, it simply wasn’t that good. I was really dissapointed. I have to say that on the pike, I think your best bet for a truly delicious heart attack in a bun sandwich is Gelico. I don’t think I’ll ever be visiting Jerry’s again. I can’t believe there’s such a big following for it here in D.C. unless no one here has ever tasted a real sub.
