Itamar Simhony “Etay”

MD agent ITAMAR SIMHONY «ETAY», is a very likable guy, and enthusiastic as well, but follow-​through he is not. He’s part of the Re/​Max team working to sell my house, but the working part has been going on for nearly a year now.
But more to the point, he promised a service he was not able to deliver. HE said one of the reasons my house was not selling was my dated countertops and had a source to get them done in Granite for a reasonable price. Well, it’s been 5 weeks now, and I keep reminding his of this commitment and he has still yet to provide a quote for one we asked, let along one that’s was in the $ 1500-​$ 2000 (less sink) he insisted he could get. I was skeptical of that pricing, but despite making this known, was still confident he could get this price for granite countertops.
I have yet to get a single quote from him or anyone he has contacted. It so irritates me when agents make claims, and then don’t follow through. It’s been a reoccurring theme with respect to my house, and resulted in much hardship.
Anyway, I can’t recommend an agent that does not follow through with commitments they made (especially ones they were not proded into making)
