I’ve used Danny three times for a mortgage (personal home refinance and two investment properties). He is hard working and always positive, which helps a very stressful process. Further, he is always looking to save me money, which isn’t a normal thing among banks and mortgage agents, especially the big ones.
His staff isn’t quite up to the Danny standard, although they are pretty good. The underwriters he used on this last time were a little ridiculous, but apparently, that was the nature of the deal. These to factors would normally mark it down a star or two, but Danny is so great to work with, that I’ll happily still put up with them.
I’d recommend him for first time home buyers, to old masters alike.
