Dragga, Hannon, Hessler & Wills, LLP combines the experience of some of the most respected family lawyers in Maryland. Initially formed in 1994 by Patrick W. Dragga and Cynthia Callahan, Jeffrey Hannon and Kevin G. Hessler joined in 1999. Partner Vincent M. Wills joined Dragga & Callahan in 1996 and became a partner in 2001. In June of 2009, founding partner, Cynthia Callahan, accepted a position as an associate judge of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland, and the firm’s name was revised to Dragga, Hannon, Hessler & Wills, LLP. The firm bases its practice in Montgomery County, Maryland, and represents clients in all of Maryland’s counties as well as the District of Columbia.

Pat Dragga, a founding member of the firm, has concentrated his practice in family law since 1979. He is admitted to practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia and the federal courts in those jurisdictions.

Mr. Dragga is a highly regarded family law practitioner whose advice and counsel are sought by professional colleagues and members of the bench.
