Mr. Kindermann was extremely helpful when my father got accused of a hit and run among 11 other offenses (FYI hit and run accusation can result in jail time in addition to crazy fines if convicted). It came out of no where and we had no idea what to do but Mr. Kindermann handled the case expertly, keeping my father and our whole family calm and well informed.
The day of, he managed to get my father a probation before the judge and worked out a nice plea bargain with the prosecutor. The end result? NO jail, no points and a fine of $ 300 (which is honestly nothing).
Seriously, I cannot recommend him enough, he has so much experience, plus he’s easy to communicate with even long distance (we are in NJ and the accusation came while we were vacationing down in Maryland lol).

The other day my boyfriend, who’s visiting me from out of town left his wallet on top of my car and we drove away. Mr. Kindermann found the wallet, called his mother, who’s business card was in it, found my fellow, and returned the wallet. Now, this wallet was full of money and other items that could have gone missing, and it would have been very easy to take something and blame it on someone else, but it was returned full. We’re very grateful to mr. Kindermann, his honesty, and his perseverance as an overall decent human being. Any man who conducts such personal behavior so honorably is probably also a good lawyer.
