Armstrong, Donohue, Ceppos, Vaughan & Rhoades, Chartered is a litigation law firm of seventeen attorneys. The firm was established in 1987 when the four named principals split from the former firm of Donahue, Ehrmantraut and Montedonico. Based in Rockville, Maryland, our lawyers practice throughout the State of Maryland, in the District of Columbia, and in Northern Virginia.

Since our inception, the focus of our practice has been primarily on the defense of medical negligence cases. Our success in the representation of health care institutions, health care delivery systems, and health care professionals has resulted in the growth of our practice into related areas of licensing and certification, credentialing, professional discipline, and professional business-​related litigation.
