Great for manicures and pedicures. If you’re looking for SNS powder tips, pass on that service. They do it incorrectly, overcharge, and your nails will break(this powder is designed to prevent that!) The ambience is beautiful and I’d revisit for the two services I first mentioned. The name change and remodeling have made this place 10x better than it used to be.

Friendly staff, great ‘ambiance’ and nicely maintained. Unfortunately, their gel manicures SUCK and don’t last more than a few days. I was livid when my polish started to chip a day after my visit. Love the décor and atmosphere, hate the quality of their work.

Pretty disappointed. I went here for a gel manicure after reading the stellar reviews. Most of it was fine, but the woman who did my nails(I believe her name is Wendy) used an emery board to buff my nails. I should have said something right away, but assumed she knew what she was doing. My nails were all scratched up from the nail file. In addition to being able to see the damage, I could feel it as well. She didn’t care at all. She used a buffer after that but the damage was done. I looked around and no one else was using a nail file to buff. I just got lucky I guess. It’s covered with polish now, but the damage will be there until my nails grow out.

Finally! A nail place that’s absolutely sanitary and knows what they’re doing! I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, and got a wonderful Lemon Spa mani /pedi. Anything that’s used on you — is in a fastened individualized clear bag. Once the items in the bag are used, it’s disposed. They also have the biggest nail color selection I’ve ever seen in a nail salon. Reasonable prices, considering the service you receive. I’m definitely returning to this place!

I’ve been here several times over the last year or so and have never left dissatisfied. The staff, all of whom you see more or less every time you go there, is very friendly and accommodating. They offer a wide variety of colors, mostly OPI& Essie. The salon itself is very spacious and clean and has an overall very nice ambiance. Also, the tools come in a one-time use, sterilized package. I have only every gotten a basic manicure and pedicure at this salon, so I can only speak to that. They — regardless of who was helping me — always took their time and didn’t rush to get me out of there. They have specials M-W(I believe the current one is a Mani-Pedi for $ 20) and they have a variety of special pedicures available. They also offer other services, such as waxing. I highly recommend going to Palace Nails… I go out of my way to come here since I’ve been less than impressed with other salons I’ve tried in my 1.5 years of living on Long Island.

I’m a fan of palace nails. This is definitely my go-to spot when it comes to nails. Very clean, large selection of colors(majority Essie and OPI), specials Monday thru Wednesday, etc. I recently got a color gel manicure($ 25 — pretty standard price) and my manicurist was neat and efficient. Typically I do regular mani and pedis and the ladies here take their time with that which I also appreciate. They make me feel very relaxed and I don’t feel the need to gaze down at my nails every 5 seconds to see how they’re doing bc I know it’ll come out well — BUT if you ever did have an issue with how your nails came out they’d happily fix it for you.

What a place to get a manicure and a pedicure. I got the lemon spa pedicure. It was worth every penny!

I’ve been looking for a go-to nail salon and with this being my second visit, it may have me sold. The entire place is very well kept. It’s clean, tidy, and a little elegant. It was very important for me to find a salon that was clean, and a testament to that are the sterilized tools that are opened in front of you from their sealed pouch. However, I’m not too sure about how often they clean the foot-spas or if they do so in between uses. There’s a wide arrange of polish colors, mostly OPI and Essie, and the prices are more than fair in return for the service received. I went in for a silk wrap on my first visit and my only complaint is that I requested the coffin shape, which I’ve never gotten before, and the results weren’t really what I expected/wanted. It may be better to play it safe and stick with a natural shape which is what I did on the second visit/fill-in. Though, what did make up for the initial visit was how long the nails lasted before the fill-in, which was a month. Your feet are really worked on during a pedicure, your soles and even calves are massaged with an exfoliating scrub. Nothing is skimped and I really liked the heated paraffin they put on my heels. Everything is topped off with a deep hand massage after your hands are done, and a quick but vigorous neck and shoulder massage after the pedicure. Which feels great even after all the time in the foot-spa’s massage chair. They offer other spa services as well such as facials, massages, waxing, etc. The staff are courteous and thankfully, unlike most salons that I’ve been to, they don’t pester you to add on services. Time is well spent here and I’ll definitely be back!

The best by far — I go out of my way to only go here now. Everyone is kind and accommodating, and they always do a great job. It’s a relaxing atmosphere inside, with calm music and nice décor. I bring my friends here with me all the time.

Amazing staff! They are always nice and courteous. They are very skillful no other salon competes with them. I won’t go no where else to get my nails done.
