Very unprofessional. As a paying past customer, I called a number of times to speak with him and was told he was not available and I could leave a message. I was asked if I wanted to make an appointment. I specifically said I did not want to make an appointment yet and I needed to speak with him briefly first. I left 2 more messages with his assistant and never received the courtesy of a return call. The third time I called I was told again that he was not available but I again could make an appointment. I tried to be extremely accomodating and requested that he give me a convenient time to speak when he was available and I would work around his schedule. I was told he does not have any convenient times to speak. Again — was told to make an appointment. What kind of business professional can’t find 2 minutes to call back a client???

i normally do my own taxes using TaxAct, but had multiple states and W2s to deal with this year, so I took the plunge. I worked with Sally and she was great! She was extremely responsive to my emails and finished my return in 2 days (including delays waiting for me to send additional info).

I was getting my taxes done here for years. Gary retired and I started having John do my taxes. All I can say is that it’s so worth it to use a real CPA to get your taxes done!
John saved me a ton of money this year. I had some very complicated things go on last year, house sale and stuff and I thought I’d be paying a fortune n taxes but John got done and I ended up with a refund. Doesn’t get much better then that.
