These folks have come to my rescue more than once over the last 15 years! They’re always friendly and personable and do the best to make you feel better about being stupid! They can open anything and make keys for any item for which you have lost your keys. The ultimate professional!

We were having a problem with our front door lock so I called Scotty. I told her the problem and that I had put some graphite in the lock. She told me that graphite would not work in the coastal environment and to use another product which I happened to have. Took the lock apart, sprayed some of the product on the lock and now it works better than new. Thank you Scotty! Have used them before to re key the locks on our condo and were very happy as well. Good folks!
