Great company to deal with. Price was right and the service techs they had at our house did a great job. They gave me a 3 hour window that they were going to show up in, and then called about an hour prior to let me know when they would be there. The carpets in our main living room really look and feel like new again, and the scotch guard they put on seems to have brought it back to life. We had them do some tile too, and I didn’t realize how bad our grout was until I saw it clean. They also sealed the tile in our kitchen. They will be doing all of our carpet cleaning in the future… Thanks guys!

Amazing job! As Always! Tony got some really heavy traffic stains out of my carpet. Amazing job done on my carpet. Tony was on time, courteous, and answered all of my questions. Christie at the office was also helpful and got me scheduled quickly. A+ I would use their services again for sure.

I LOVE this company. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago and the person in the office told me the appointment time I needed was already taken but she would call the other place to see if they could have a later time. The following day I was told they would be there between 8and9 am. On my scheduled day the Owner showed up at 835(perfect). He started right away. We started talking and I was informed that the person who was suppose to come had childcare issues (it happens, I get it) and they were going to have to reschedule. However the other owner who I booked the appointment with knew that I was having my bridal shower the following day and told him «NO» that they couldn’t reschedule:). So he came out to do the carpets himself and was late to a charity event for his kids. My carpets look and smell AMAZING. We have dogs so I felt I needed the extra deodorizer. I paid for it in the family room and he threw in the hallway as a WEDDING GIFT. It may have only taken him an extra couple minutes but I was very thankful and it really is the little things that go a long way! Thank you guys for getting our carpets cleaned and dogie free. I will definitely be using you in the future and spreading the word!

Unilocal made me click at least one star. But my rating is Zero stars. Seriously. I’ve never given anyone ZERO stars! But this company, and more specifically, Matt and Tony, were awful. We had a Groupon. I read reviews here on Unilocal and saw they were highly rated, so I gave them a try. First of all, they had to change our scheduled time, then they were late (the truck broke down). They got here (Matt and another guy) and rushed through the job, packing equipment back in the truck without asking us if we were satisfied – just «sign here» and they left. As the carpet dried we started to notice dirty streaks all over the place. We called to complain, and the woman in the office (Christy) said that there were some other people who were complaining of the same thing – that something was malfunctioning with the equipment. She said they’d come back at a later date to re-​do it. A few days later we were still waiting at 1:00 (they said they’d be here between 11 and 1) so WE called THEM. Oh, they are on their way. This time it was TONY and a helper. Tony didn’t apologize once for the bad job the first time, just came in and got to work, very QUICKLY running the vacuum nozzle back and forth, back and forth over our carpet, not bothering to close doors to get behind them even though we asked. I swear, 15 mins MAX for our 2 small bedrooms and hallway. Well, he was in the hallway and the equipment in the truck shut down (you could hear it) and the helper guy holding the hose sighed and looked up at the ceiling (like this had happened before). Tony runs out to restart it. This happens two or three more times, and Tony is zipping that vacuum over our carpet to get it «covered» before it turns off again. But it does turn off again. But he’s finished I guess because he quickly takes everything out to the truck and packs up, then comes and says something about it being an «awesome job” – TWICE he says it’s an «AWESOME JOB» without asking me. I say, «Well, it’s not awesome to me, but I guess that’s the best we’re gonna get» because I just SO want them to LEAVE and never come back. After my comment, Tony tells me «That’s $ 80,000 worth of equipment out there” – like that somehow impresses me. I tell him how impressed I am. He walks out and they drive off.
That was the worst customer service and «work» I think I’ve ever experienced in my 41 years of life. It’s almost funny. What I really can’t believe is that they’ve been in business for 18 years AND that they have 4 ½ stars here on Unilocal.I guess they were overwhelmed with all of the Groupons.

After getting new tile put in my parents house, we were in need of a deep carpet cleaning! The man I had do put tile tracked dirt all through my parents house! I guess that’s what you get when you have a friend do you work for you… ANYWAYS!
I called Twelve Bridges and spoke to «Tony», who scheduled me on a Saturday between 8−10am. I letter him know our tile had just been set and he assured me they would be careful.
Here comes Saturday and a young man (named Michael) all by himself to do the carpets in my whole house. Really (I thought). He walked through, did an AMAZING JOB! He was fast! Efficient! Professional! He was careful around my tile and letter me know the carpet would be dry in 4 – 6 hours. I personally recommend Twelve Bridges Carpet and Restoration because they did a superb job! Thanks guys! I’ll see u at my place next!!!

I don’t know if Mari was dealing with the same people, but my experience was stellar at all levels.

So I bought a Groupon for Carpet Cleaning not that long ago and I have had the worst experience with this company. First, I made an appointment to have my carpets cleaned for a Saturday morning, 12 Bridges gave me a three hour time slot. They called me on Friday afternoon and left me a VM to confirm. I called them back right away and asked to be put at the end of the time slot since we had an emergency come up or just to reschedule for a later date. Come Saturday morning I guess the message didn’t trickle down from the office to the techs since they showed up anyways and no one was home.
Second, after the first debacle of trying to get 12 Bridges out to my house I had rescheduled for this past Saturday. Same run around, Friday afternoon the office calls me to confirm and I confirmed that we would be home. Come Saturday morning, I missed a call from «Tony» which he ends up leaving a RUDE VM saying that it didn’t matter that I confirmed the day before I had to RE-​CONFIRM again with him. I tried calling him back right away and tried calling the office and NO ONE ANSWERED, mind you this is all an hour before the appointment time that I had scheduled for.
So after leaving multiple messages and waiting well pass the time frame 12 Bridges was supposed to show up at my home NO ONE SHOWED UP!!!
This company is so unprofessional, and I am contacting Groupon to get my money back. I am also filing a complaint with the BBB.
** PS, I also found a note on the bulletin board @ my work noting not to use 12 Bridges due to horrible customer service.

I can’t say enough about the great customer service! First, they actually arrived within the stated time. Were very friendly from beginning to end. Did not push to upgrade the service, obviously asked if I wanted the stairs done too, but didn’t push it when I said «Not today.» In terms of the actual cleaning they did my three rooms in about 25 minutes. The carpets look BRAND NEW! No chemical smells or perfume stink either. Just a fresh clean look. Carpets dried fast and I am going to use them again. Would recommend to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned!
