The prices are pretty reasonable. The pizza was good.
I’ve been here a few times now and I enjoy the small town feel and the connection to the local community.
Whether ordering in, or getting take out, we’ve enjoyed our experience with The Pizza Place.

Great variety in pizzas and more. Delicious pizzas made with fresh ingredients and great service. Has become a regular place for my family.

Always delicious and you get a great amount of food for the $. Highly recommend the salad bar.

Absolutely fantastic pizza! Excellent salad bar and comfortable atmosphere. Kid friendly. A wonderful neighborhood spot. The best part of the pizza is definitely the crust, tasty and not dull and over processed. Fresh ingredients. Our family enjoys take out and dine in here. Enjoy!

First time trying this place and I have to say… I will definitely be back!
I was promptly greeted by Elsa at the counter! She was helpful and made my experience a positive one. My pizza was ready to go in 12 mins! Score!
I ordered a family size… half meat lover and have chicken club delight! The chicken club was amazing and cooked to perfection. The meat lovers was good, but it was kind of greasy.
The cheesy garlic bread was the best! OMG… melt in your mouth… Yum!
When you check in on Unilocal, you get a free cheesy garlic bread! Check in… before you order!

My family and I have ordered from The Pizza Place for years and have never had any complaints. Their food is delicious and their service is fantastic! 100% recommend!

I ordered a personal Chicken Combo Pizza, which had a thin crust and massive amount of cheese. I picked up a slice and it could not support it’s own weight. The ratio of cheese to crust was completely imbalanced, and I really appreciated it that way.

Cool little pizza place tucked away in a corner or Rocklin that I didn’t even know existed until today. I got a personal size Chicken Bacon Delight (garlic cream sauce, garlic, chicken, bacon, tomato, green onion and cheese) and I was very happy with it. The toppings were all flavorful and well-​portioned. The thin crust was great.

Stopped by for lunch and was impressed with the beer selction and was quite happy that they had the Masters on the TV. The menu has pizza, calzone, subs and apps. Went with the personal size Combo. When ordering personal size you always get ripped off on the toppings. Not with The Pizza Place, this pie was loaded. Pepperoni, Sausage, Green Pepper, Onion and Mushroom were stacked high and to the edge of the crust. The red sauce had a wonderful tomato flavor and the pizza was thin and held up well to the toppings.

I absolutely love this place! Nice little family owned sports pizza place! Good place to go after games and its great just to go eat pizza! I love the pizza!

Very cool spot in Rocklin Cali. friendly bar with good beers on tap. Owner supports local sports, that’s always a plus for any small business. Come sit at the bar and you will make friends and the pizza is awesome. Need bigger tv’s — I know they are coming soon.

Wouldn’t know how the pizza is because there is a private party and they don’t make pizza for anyone else. So I guess is I had a few hundred to reserve the joint is be able to try their pizza.

Nice locally owned pizza parlor with a good selection of brews on tap. Food selections range from pizza to pasta to sandwiches. They also have a great salad bar if you’re looking for a lighter selection.
The décor includes a variety of sports memorabilia, including photos, jerseys and pennants. The layout includes a sit down bar, tables and booths. There are a few video games to occupy the kiddos, too.
I’d love to give this place more stars, but they’re often out of product (beers, bread selections, etc.) and seems to have trouble getting our sandwiches orders correct.
It’s a fun, comfortable, family-​oriented restaurant. It’s worth a visit!

This is the second time we’ve been here the first time they brought the wrong order this time around they brought us pizzas that were so skinny they were skinnier than the $ 5 pizzas at Little Caesars we spent $ 42 on our order and this pizza is horrible

I’ve been here multiple times now. The staff is friendly, the pizza comes out pretty fast and is also delicious! Prices are also good. My favorite local pizzeria!

With the Living Social offer, it’s a great value and much better than your typical Rocklin pizza joint.
We had ours with mushrooms, linguica, and jalapeño peppers. The crust was just the right thickness & doneness. Plenty of sauce & cheese. I’d say the toppings could have been more generous, but you don’t expect «fully loaded» with a coupon.
If you live in the Stanford Ranch neighborhood, it gets my recommendation.

Hurray for supporting a local business and kudos for keeping it simple and sticking to what works. I love the new website too! I always have to go back to remember what I last ordered otherwise I sound like a total idiot while placing my takeout orders.
My favorite pizza there has to be the Chicken Bacon Delight. On paper, it sounds like some standard DiGiorno type creation that doesn’t instill much enthusiasm around the dinner table, but oh my gosh it’s so much better than I was expecting. The chicken and bacon wasn’t at all as salty as I thought it was going to be but was rather subtle and complemented the garlic sauce wonderfully. I usually add artichoke hearts and mushrooms but really wish they had spinach on their ingredients list.
I also try to mix it up once in awhile and go wild with a pepperoni pizza or calzone. I was sort of disappointed with their combo calzone as it was just a pizza folded over with a pool of pizza sauce baked on top. It’s not at all what I’m used to be in Chicago and New York but I realize I’m in Rocklin and calzones are few and far between so I just to the pizzas now.
I’d definitely recommend ordering a salad when getting a takeout order. Their portions are huge, the veggies are fresh and are a meal in itself. I’ve never had a bad experience with them and I’ve definitely found my favorite pizza place in town.

Came here with a Groupon and was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is spacious and divided into two sections one side seemed more for groups and kids and the main side as you enter had a bar so you could grab a slice and a brew if you wanted.
They made me a pesto pizza special by request and I got a combo pizza since the slices are a little on the small size (note they have specials that make this a very affordable deal).
