I have been coming to this academy since February, and I have not one bad thing to say about this place. I am officially addicted to jiu jitsu… great, professional and highly knowledgeable instructors… the students are all super welcoming and friendly. It can be intimidating at first, but with the right environment you wont be able to stop! Highly recommend this place!

Knowing nothing about Jiu Jitsu or martial arts, I began training at this gym about 3 years ago. The training partners are competitive, the instruction is cutting edge, everyone is down to earth and no one has an ego. If you’re a beginner, watch out, this place is likely to spark an addiction. If you’re a seasoned Jiu Jitsu player thats new to the area or looking for a change of pace, you only need to check out Synergy.

I am pretty new to the area and found this gym on Unilocal.They had good reviews so I decided to give it a shot. They have a groupon where you can take 10 or 20 classes for a very discounted price. Overall, it’s a great gym with very knowledgeable instructors and great people to train with. Everyone there is very friendly and welcoming. This is my first time training BJJ and I’m glad I found this place. Give Jeff a phone call and he’ll fill you in on everything you need to know to get started. What are you waiting for?! Go now!

I looked at a few different schools for my daughter and took her to a few classes. She wasn’t interested at all until we walked in to synergy. That was almost two years ago. My daughter absolutely loves jiu jitsu and I think that is a direct reflection on this school and its teachers. There are lots of coaches on the mat and they are great with the kids. I love that these kids have to earn their belts and that they are not receiving a new belt every other month. I highly recommend this school and jiu jitsu in general.

My daughters, 10 and 6, recently attended trial classes from Synergy. I wanted to make sure they liked it before signing them up. My girls really enjoyed the classes and can’t wait to continue their training. The instructors are excellent with kids. The class is very organized and the facility is clean. I couldn’t hope for a better place to enroll my girls.

I walked into Synergy on September 8^th, 2010 weighing 305 lbs. It’s now 4 months later and I have lost 45lbs. Jeff is an excellent teacher who lets you go at your own pace while also encouraging you to push yourself to achieve excellence. The thing I enjoy the best about Synergy is that there are no attitudes, no egos and no drama. Just training and fun. Excellent facilities that are always clean.
