Serenity by Sarah was started out in my home because of a desire to help people feel their best. Soon, I grew out of that setting and found a lovely place to see clients and accommodate more needs. Now I’m located inside Tranquil Moments Wellness Spa and have the privilege of working alongside like-​minded practitioners.

From an early age I was drawn to help people. I was able to do this through the few different jobs I held until I found my true niche as a CMT and Reiki Master. Often I don’t feel like it’s work until I go home and realize how tired I am. It’s a wonderful feeling to be able to do what you love. As well as taking care of people, I work with a rescue group and foster kittens during the summer months. It’s a fun way to be able to give back to the community. One of the things I find most relaxing is working in the yard, although, when you live in the country, sometimes it’s hard to tell what work was done because there’s always more. I love it!
