Meet the Manager

Denise S.

Manager

Denise started working at this particular KinderCare in 2002 as the preschool teacher and continued working with that age group for three and a half years. She was then promoted to Assistant Director at another KinderCare Center. In January of 2006, she was offered the Center Director position here at our fabulous Rocklin Center. Considering this was her «home» center she gladly accepted and has been the Director ever since. She truly loves each and every child in her care and is passionate about making a difference each day.

The instant I visited this school with my three year old, we were welcomed with open arms. We have had less than stellar preschool experiences in the past and my son is very shy and apprehensive about school. Ms. Denise, the Director, went out of her way to make me and my son feel comfortable. During the first few weeks where my son was still acting very shy, his teachers Ms. Liz and Ms. Doris would literally greet him with open arms, big smiles and excited hello’s. They made the drop off process so easy and instantly engaged my son in something fun. My son now runs into the classroom and has made lots of friends! I get written daily updates about what the kids are learning about and tons of pictures. I highly recommend this preschool everyone! I am so happy we made the choice to take my son here. Not only is this a fun and safe place for the children, but I can also see that my son has been learning so much! This is really an awesome preschool with the perfect blend of fun and academics!

Like every parent, I want to know that my daughter is safe and being well taken care of. I went through three different daycares before we started at KinderCare. My daughter would come home with bite marks, bruises, and even a concussion (at 2 years old). So I was very particular of where my daughter attended.
Since being at KinderCare, not only is she being VERY well taken care of, but she is learning so much. I wish we had started my daughter out at KinderCare. It would have saved us a lot of heart break. This location is her home away from home.

I would give this place more stars if I could. I have been taking my son here for a few years now. It has been so amazing watching his development here over the years. He looks at all of this staff like they are his own family now.
When my son got to the age where it was time to find care for him during the day we looked at several locations. It was the beginning of summer and we toured several local daycare centers. Once we met with everyone at Kindercare we decided that this was the place for Carson. We didn’t actually sign up for it until 2 months later at the very end of summer. When I brought all of my paperwork in to sign him up I ran into the staff member who had showed me around. She remembered my name, remember my son’s name, and remembered what school he was going to. It was something very personal that I hadn’t found at any of center.
I would not trade in this Kindercare for anything. My lil’ man gets so excited when it’s his days to go in there. Not only are they great with helping in the educational development, but they also do a lot of fun activities and trips that the kids love. From the center Director all the way down this place has the best staff around!

My son really enjoys going to kindercare. The staff are very caring and understanding. They take the time to understand your child and help them the best they can. The staff at kindercare arrange fun activities and parties for the kids to keep things exciting for them. My son enjoys playing games with the teachers in his class and has really enjoyed having Mr. Matt to play with. The ladies at kindercare also pick my son up from school, I never have to worry that he’s being cared for!

My Daughter has been going to KinderCare since she was 2, she is almost five now and moving on to Kindergarten soon. I trust the staff very much! I highly recommend KinderCare and this location especially. I love the teachers and staff… They are like family.

I teared up dropping off my 2 yr old today because I’m so thankful I found this place. My little girl had never been left with anyone but family before so I was nervous. But after only a month no tears & she looks forward to going. She loves it here! The staff is great and the facility is so clean & organized.

I have been trusting the awesome staff at Kindercare on Marlee with my son since he was only 2 years old, he is almost 8 now and still loves to go! The teachers are all kind and patient, the staff is friendly, the summer activities rock and you truly get piece of mind in knowing that when you leave your most prized possession there, they will be having a fun and safe time while away from you! My son asked me if he could go to Kids Junction this summer since 2 of his best buds are going and I agreed, since it’s his summer… but I MISS KINDERCARE! We’ll be back in the fall. :)
