Excellent, professional service! The estimate was quick and accurate — they even cleaned two additional areas I forgot to mention. The carpets looked fresh and new again after cleaning. Highly recommended.

Great prices and fast, efficient work. Cleaned 3 rooms and a hall in less than an hour. Our carpets look like new again. The tech (owner?) who came out with his son were friendly told us everything we needed to know about dry time and how best to take care of our (then) damp carpets. Would refer these guys to anyone!

I chose these guys because of the reviews they have on Unilocal… BUT… When they showed up, I sent them away… and here is why…
So. the lady who answers the phone is fantastic… very nice and super helpful. I told her the house was vacant as we just bought it, 3200 square feet, and nearly completely carpeted, about 20 stairs, and a small area of tile at the entry to be cleaned and sealed. A handful of more questions later about the details of the house and we got to an «estimate» of $ 260. I said. «wow, that’s fantastic! Let’s book it!!» We made the appointment and she said to make sure you «check your email to confirm the appointment» is correct. That’s all I was told to check… my mistake there apparently…
On our appointment date we sent over the phone the guy shows up to the house… and NOW the amount to clean the carpets and tile is $ 440. WHAT!!!
So here’s were it went bad. The gentleman who came to the house said it was my responsibility to check and read the email that was sent to me with the «fine print» about the sq footage of the home. When I told him that I told her the house was 3200 sq feet he said «well you should have read the email». At this point as frustrated as I was, he was there and my wife had woken up at 7am to meet him at the house so I offered him $ 350 as a middle ground as I thought it was ridiculous that the price nearly doubled from the «estimate». Especially when I gave her all the information she needed to make a more realistic estimate over the phone.
If in fact it is based on square footage, as he claimed, then the estimate should have been higher than the actual price as I gave her the entire house square footage and the entire house is not carpeted or tile.
Anyway, he got upset that I felt he gave me a low bid to get my business and then raised the price when he came to clean the carpets. Which I do not think is good business practice. I would have been more than happy to pay the $ 440 if that was what I was told in the beginning but not when I felt like he was trying to take advantage of the situation.
Long story long… not a good experience for me and I hope that they are able to adjust the «estimate» process so this does not continue to happen to future potential clients.
I would not recommend this company to use for your home cleaning services without knowing that they have taken steps to correct the issues that we faced.
I also just looked over the email they sent me and it says nothing about the square footage and anything about the estimate changing based on measurements taken at the house…
I also just found out that if you search «My Dad’s Cleaning» on Unilocal,turns out it’s the same company with the same physical address. There you can see some more peoples reviews. It has the same physical address so it’s the same company.
Make sure you read all the reviews and not just the negatives. I am not trying to cast a forever negative shadow on this family owned local company. I am just giving my experience and hope that they are able to learn from the experience so that the next person who uses them doesn’t have to go through what my wife and I went through.
They called me about my review and seem genuine about wanting to continue to be a consumer friendly company and the lady who took my appointment and called me back has been very nice to work with.

Never, ever will I use another company besides My Dad’s Cleaning Service to clean my carpets! And we know there are plenty of companies out there, vying for business. But what this small family owned company knows is how to make each and every customer feel like their only one, all while doing absolutely top notch work. Our carpet is fairly new… maybe 2 years old. But since it is a very light color and we have a definite ‘traffic pattern’, it was showing quite a bit of soil. But no more! After last weeks’ cleaning the carpet looks good as new, and feels GREAT under our feet. These folks came out when they said they would, did a better job than we could’ve imagines and the price was very reasonable. They cleaned our windows last spring with equal attention to quality work, and we will have them back soon to tackle our gutter as well. One stop shopping for this very high quality company. We’re sold!

We also found this service by using the local Amazon deals. Couldn’t be happier… On time, excellent service, & carpets are beautiful. Our carpet is cream colored & we have an indoor outdoor medium sized dog too. So we highly recommend this company & would use them again…

I found them by taking advantage of an Amazon local deal for carpet cleaning. They are a husband/​wife team that comes together to do the job. When I called to set up the appt Monique was there and we talked throughly on what was needed, she did not try to oversell me, instead by asking questions myself, I learned they do so much more than just carpet cleaning.
They arrived on time and did a fantastic job, I have a kitty who likes to mark a certain spot so it was no easy job. They did a great job on cleaning a huge sectional that was stained by food, drink, hair… etc.
I am having them return in a month to do windows and then to clean grout in kitchen and tile floors.
As a small business owner myself, i feel stoked to come across another small business who not only provides a great and through service, but offers the kind of customer attention and satisfaction that is so appreciated and gives me, the customer, peace of mind that my hard earned $$is well spent.

I always insisted on doing the carpets myself because I am picky about the chemicals used and (let’s face it) I am on a seriously tight budget but recent health challenges means I just do not have the strength and stamina to deal with a heavy rented cleaner, lug water back and forth and deal with the hours it would take. I also needed the carpets to be dry fast so I called in My Dad’s Cleaning. I expressed my concern over how my carpets would be cleaned and what would be used and they explained their process to me. I was a bit nervous but trusted them to do the job. They came in, worked for 45 minutes and were done. All the areas were sparkling clean, stains were lifted and no nasty chemical smell! The floor was dry before two hours were up (maybe sooner but I didn’t check before two hours). It is now more than two weeks later and I am still very happy with the job they did. The next time I need my carpets done I will be calling them. GOODBYE rental carpet cleaners and days of back pain! Thank you Dad’s for great service at a great price.
