We offer Propane Service (both residential & commercial) from Westport to Stewarts Point, as well as the Sacramento Foothills. We have the largest propane supply in the region, with storage tanks strategically located along the coast and in the foothills, which means you never need to go without gas — especially when you need it most!

Established in 1936.

Kemgas was started in 1936 by Fred Kemppe. It remains a local, family owned and operated business. We have have been delivering Propane Gas to the Mendocino Coast for over 75 years.

Chuck is the the third generation Kemppe to head Kemgas, he took over the company from his father, Fred Kemmpe, in 1977.
