When you call in you get an immediate answer (live person, not the option to listen to 27 options that you must punch on a key pad). I usually get Becky on the phone and she is friendly, knowledgeable and it’s clear she likes her job and appreciates the customers. When it comes to install or upgrading, Justin will come out. Another positive presentation of the company. He knew his job, likes his job and treats the customer with the utmost care and respect. In my opinion these two individuals are an asset to this company. I’m sure other employees that work here, are fabulous as well. I can’t imagine this company would hire anything less. Skip the «big» guys, and go with Foothill. You won’t be disappointed!!!
