Business Owner

Larry Hill is the Principal of CalPro Research — a professional services company. He is a researcher, technologist, facilitator, coach and change agent. He has over twenty years of management and consulting experience in high-​tech companies such as Silicon Graphics, SynOptics, ASK Computer Systems, Synergex and others.

As the leader of CalPro Research, his company has helped many different kinds of organizations improve operational excellence such as Zoetis (formerly Pfizer Pharmaceuticals Animal Health), Syblon-​Reid Construction, American Pacific Mortgage, Mikuni Restaurants, Brookfields Restaurants, Quantum Financial Advisors, The Family Resource and Referral Center of San Joaquin County, and many others. CalPro Research has conducted employee and/​or customer feedback surveys for over two hundred organizations.
