Description

Specialties

I specialize in helping others! I prefer to take a teaching approach to real estate and not a sales approach. I work with various clients in various scenarios; from first-time home buyers and sellers to seasoned investors.

In this market you need a professional real estate agent on your side; an agent who truly cares about your needs. Buying or selling a home is a big decision. With my knowledge of the real estate market coupled with sincere integrity, I am able to help clients maneuver through any market with favorable results. My passion for people motivates me to work hard for my clients and protect their best interests. I love teaching people about real estate and simply guiding them through the process!

History

Established in 2008.

I started as a Realtor with Better Homes Realty in 2008; one of the toughest times to enter into the business! The company has now become McKiernan Realty. Bob McKiernan was my agent and broker when my husband and I purchased our first home in 1997. After my continued «obsession» with real estate, Bob recruited me as an agent and mentored me one-on-one. I feel I received exceptional training during a historically challenging market from an amazing broker with 38 years of experience.

Meet the Business Owner

Adriana G.

Business Owner

Originally from Cupertino, California, I moved to the Sacramento area as a teenager in 1990. I currently live in Rocklin with my husband John, who is also an agent, and our two teenage children.

I have always loved real estate and working with people to solve problems. I chose to turn my passion into a career in 2008. I was deeply inspired by my broker, Bob McKiernan and his wife Linda. Bob was my family’s real estate agent for 13 years before I decided to join his team. Their ethics and «office culture» is consistent with everything that I believe in and value.

From my perspective, real estate is not about selling homes; it is about building relationships through guidance and care. It involves educating people about real estate and truly having a client’s best interest at heart while helping them to achieve their real estate goals.
