This company did an AMAZING job on my kitchen!!! I had no idea what I wanted to do so I went to the showroom Steve went through all the different options with me from the wood to colors and hardware… he was extremely helpful and professional. I had lots of questions and he answered them all in a very timely manner. From the start date to finish of our kitchen everything went very smooth and on time. When his workers came to do the kitchen they were very nice and introduced themselves to us and were courteous. At the end of the day they would clean the kitchen spotless. It was muddy at the time and they put down cardboard and I never saw one foot print in my house!!! On the last day they made sure every detail of my white kitchen was perfect and clean. The detail and time the put into my kitchen was amazing!!! I am so happy I chose Stoneridge and would highly recommend them!!! I would be happy to show pictures too if you are interested. Best kitchen place around by far!!!

Awful experience! SO unbelievably rude. I received a quote which was very general & gave a total w no breakdown of charges which I then asked for. They said they’d provide one but as the owners have another job besides contracting, they didn’t get it to me for over a wk.(I told them my deadline for making a decision for which I needed the breakdown.) Then their electrician comes to assess the job & was so rude, insulted features of my kitchen(eg. saying he hated the lights i have) & argued w me over switches instead of just sharing his opinion. Unbelievably rude. The partner said they’d have the estimate & breakdown to me by the end of the day. I called the next day to check in as I hadn’t rec’d anything. The owner then calls me back w such an attitude saying he didn’t have time to do the breakdown & the price«is what it is anyway», that the electrician would match the previous estimate I’d gotten but would charge additional for permits(I didn’t ask for a match, I’d asked for an independent estimate of their work). Then when I questioned him about the permits(my understanding being that those were the responsibilty of the contractor & i hadn’t been told by anyone else I had to pay separate permit fees for each specialist — plumber, elect. etc) & called him on his attitude in being dismissive about the price details I’d asked for, saying he wasn’t going into work today«just to do a breakdown» bc he worked 2 jobs & needed to spend time w his family today, etc. He told me he «didn’t like the tone of the conversation» & I should just find someone else to do the job then hung up on me. Wow. Professional & polite they are NOT. They came across as very polite at first meeting but I’m glad I found out how terrible they really are before going further.
