Horrible service & quality will never be going there again. My husband dropped off a number of clothes yesterday and picked them up today. One of the items was a brand new sweater, it now has a couple navy blue stains on the bottom along with the bottom part of the sweater now being an entirely different shade. It came back with a tag saying that they tried to get the stain out (which there was never a stain on it to begin with as I had just bought it). Will never be going back there again.

You definitely get what you pay for. I dropped off a majority of my work shirts to get cleaned. When dropping my items off I individually went through each shirt and explained to the clerk that there were only two of my shirts that were mildly soiled and needed spot cleaning. Fast forward to pickup, when I received my items I asked if the spots came out and I was told, «I don’t know» (Excuse me!) To make matters worse, although I was told that they didn’t know if the spots came out, I was also told that there was an ink spot on my clothes which I didn’t think was a huge deal at the time. But when I got home and inspected my shirts, there was clearly a fresh blue ink spot on my white blouse, which bled just from touching it. Let me get this straight you weren’t able to tell me if you spot treated my clothes but you made sure you pointed out the «magical» blue ink spot on my white blouse. I made sure I inspected all items before dropping off and there was not any sign of ink stains on my clothes. In addition, two shirts including the one that had the blue ink stain were torn. This was definitely my last visit to US Cleaners.

Our go to place for dry cleaning and alterations. They also do comforters, one of the cheapest around. Staff are wonderful and never wash things that get stuck in the laundry bag on accident (for some reason my hubby always leaves a pair of pajama pants or undershirt that I don’t catch). The other reviews are old, price is now $ 2.25 for any garment item.
This is a satellite location so they do not have same day service, like the main location on riverside. If you get it there before they close, it will be ready by 5pm next day.
Make sure to clip the coupon in Continental coupons (or online) to get 25 cents off each item. If you do as much dry cleaning as we do, the coupons savings really adds up!

This is by far the very best cleaners in town. Three locations, 2.45 per garment. Senior day only 1.95 per garment, can’t beat that!

$ 2 to dry clean any item! Including my long wool winter coat! What a deal! They got it done in less than a day! Whoo hoo!
(Btw… this was my first time dropping off something at a dry cleaner… I feel so grownup now!)
