Just bought a new Mitsubishi Lancer here! Jeff Bronston was my sales consultant and did a great job of getting me exactly what I wanted. Very pleased with my purchase and his work. Although I had a little trouble with one of the other sales people getting pushy, I ultimately got what I wanted and am happy with that.

This place is the worst stealership of all time do not by a super duty here if you pull or anything else will not honor any warranty claim and told my truck was junk after I bought 2mo prior on a 2012 f350 that’s a 55,000 truck. On top of that the day after I bought my truck (by the way was paid in cash) I told a buddy to go up here to get one and they would not even run his credit. I gave them 3 sales granteed and did want sell a truck I just don’t get it

Bought one new vehicle from them. They wouldn’t stand behind anything on the truck until I went straight to Ford and forced them to honor the warranty. Their mechanics stole the flashlights and tire guage out of my glove box.

I’ve dealt with this dealership on multiple occasions. The first was in 96 when I bought a vehicle from them, then having to deal with their service department multiple times over the years on multiple Ford Vehicles I’ve owned. Every time it’s the same thing. The service and the way I’m treated is horrible.
The latest was a pushy salesperson. I was on the lot just looking at vehicles, trying to get an idea what’s out there because my wife needs a new car. I told the guy I wasn’t buying, just looking I was not interested in test driving or anything. He would not leave me alone and kept trying to get me into a car to drive it. Which is kind of insulting because I told him it was for my wife, not me. She’d be the one that needed to drive it. Why he felt the need to hard sell me and not her is beyond my comprehension.

Oh how I wish I could give this location ZERO stars!!! This location is overpriced due to the lack of competition around. The only good part about this place is Carl and the body shop, the rest of the place can go out of business.

Do I really have to say anything? It’s a DEALERSHIP — the mark-up’s are outrageous! $ 99 for rotating and balancing 4 tires… how about «servicing» a battery that is less than a year old for $ 54!!! If you have money to burn, this is the place to go!
