My personal experience is she is highly qualified in multiple areas of psychotherapy, however she does a lot of work in trauma therapy using many different techniques that others don’t.
She uses EMDR (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) therapy, reintegration therapy and trauma therapy. She is highly trained, very personable and extremely compassionate!
I have benefited greatly from my sessions with her. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a gentle but effective therapist.
