I agree, Dr Potetti cannot be trusted. I know that he really overcharged my insurance company in addition to my high copay. This is why we all are paying high premiums, He too asked to borrow money from me. hello, I am your patient… And yes he moves his office at least once a year, changes his home address and phone number often. WTF

Dr Potetti, is a thief and a criminal.
He moves his home and office once a year. He is very dishonest and a liar. he owes me, his patient, his booky, his dealer a lot of $. and refuses to pay year after year. changes phone #, changes address, does not try to become a better man, but continues his old ways.
