History

Established in 2006.

The storage facility opened a few years before 2006 under the previous owner. It became Contempo Self Storage in June of 2006. In 2007 an electronic gate was installed for security and convenience to for our clients. In 2010 the front offices were remodeled into an apartment and we now have an onsite tenant that maintains the grounds and provides extra security.

In 2013 we added six 12×15 climate control units providing us with the opportunity to accommodate clients who want temperature and humidity controlled storage units.

I have been in the rental business for 15 years. I like operating a Mom and Pop type shop which seems so much more personable. My customers are my greatest asset. I thrive on «word of mouth» advertising and repeat business as it tells me I am serving my tenants with the best service possible.
