This place is crazy. They must get a fat commission on there overpriced batteries. Got scammed for $ 25 for a batterie replacement. Tried selling me that $ 60 service to make it waterproof. I asked for a 2032 battery they told me $ 15. I just got a two pack for $ 2.99. To me there selection of watches doesn’t even get me excited.

Took a watch that I purchased there back to get a new battery. The watch was working when I dropped it off, only the led light was out. They said it would be 20 minutes. I came back for the watch and the service representative shoved the watch at me and said«we changed the battery and now it doesn’t work so its no charge». When I questioned him about it his response was that he didn’t know anything about it. I later spoke to the manger who basically told me that I was out of luck and that I brought it in with a pre-existing problem, although it was telling time when I left it with them. He wasn’t even willing to make the situation right at all. HORRIBLE customer service and do NOT trust them with a watch repair

I was very upset and not thrilled after the customer service I experienced. I went there to replace my watch battery and the price was $ 15 dollars, which was reasonable. The sales associate told me to come back 15 – 30 minutes to get my watch. After 30 minutes, the same sales associate told me to wait another 20 minutes and that he did not even touch my watch yet. I was very upset with that I had to wait an extra 20 minutes that I told him that I wanted my watch back. The sales associate slammed my watch down on the counter and said, «Good bye» in a nasty and distasteful tone. I was very outraged with that experience that I do not plan on going back there again. On the other hand, there is another store in the mall, Alberto’s that does watch battery replacements. Only cost me $ 10 dollars, did not have to wait at all, and gave me a warranty too. This is a place I will be going back again for watch battery replacements.

The pricing is fair, however when we picked up my husbands watch from resizing they claimed they already gave us the extra links.(Which are priced at 120 $ per link) I said we never got them and weren’t leaving till we got them. After 30 min the manager claimed he found them and gave us them. Either way make sure you have everything when you leave, you may not need it but it’s the principle. You aren’t paying them to steal parts of your watch.

Scam artists. Wanted to charge me $ 65 to change a watch battery. They said it was to service the«seal». Took it to another reputable jeweler who charged me $ 10. BTW, they told me it didn’t even have a seal.
