I have been going to Dazzles off an on over the past 15 years. They have never done a poor job with my hair and are relatively inexpensive when compared to salons in the city.
Most recently I have been seeing Jan to color my hair (life is giving me grays, #thanksObama). She initially helped me pick out a color that I loved and I haven’t gone back to brown or blonde since. She also prevented me from dyeing my hair black when I was moody. Color correction takes an entire day and I can’t sit still.
The salon is relatively small but I’ve never had an issue getting a same day appointment on the weekends. They are usually quite busy but they move quickly without quality of their work product suffering. They also offer coffee, tea or water which is nice when you’re sitting for a cut and color for over 2 hours.
Overall, they’re professional, courteous and I drive out of my way to go there from imaginary central New Jersey. Highly endorse.
