Since moving in the area I have been in search of an honest place and I found this place thanks to other reviews on here .
Owners are super friendly and honest they dont pressure you on getting things for your car. I asked last time what my car will need in the future, he took his time to look and explained everything we will look for in the upcoming miles.

I was recommended Birch Tire by two of my women friends. As a single female, I’ve felt «sold» by other auto repair shops into services I don’t really need — so I came in with a bit of trepidation. Another shop gave my car a repair estimate of $ 2300, which didn’t feel quite right. After being referred to Birch, they gave me an estimate of about $ 850 for the same repair. The service was wonderful, everything was explained to me respectfully and I didn’t feel sold into extra services. A week after that service, something else went wrong on the car. I took it back for them to test drive and, alas, I needed another major service (11 year old car). I, again, was treated respectfully and was given the information I needed to understand what was going on and to make a decision. This shop is 30 minutes from where I live and I will ready go here for any future issues with my car. I highly recommend Rich and his Birch Tire team!

I have used Birch Tire since 2008 for all of my oil changes and periodic maintenance. They are honest and dependable. There were a few times that they saved me some money and a few times I paid a little more to have a quality job performed. They have never steered me wrong.
They send me $ 5 coupons around the time I’m due for a change, nice little reminder.
