Love this place! Always so friendly, so quick to offer a drink (during a really fast oil change) and they don’t try to sell you parts you don’t need! Highly recommend!

This is not a bad place to get your oil changed, especially if you need it done quickly. I was heading out of town and overdue and I knew they would be quick. The thing that keeps them from earning more than three stars though is the price. Full synthetic is $ 70 for Castrol or $ 80 for Mobil 1. I got Castrol but they charged me for Mobil 1 which I later realized. After I filled out the survey on the site, the manager contacted me to rectify the situation which was nice. Although the price is high, if you run low between changes they will top it off for you. Also, they put 3000 miles for regular oil change and 5000 for synthetic. Cars, especially new ones, can go for 6000 miles or more between changes and synthetic can last from 7500 to 10,000 miles. They also check and top off fluids under the hood but I do that often enough. Additionally, they check the air filter but I have a lifetime K&N which the new guy working didn’t know about but the guy taking my information did. That guy was very helpful and gave me information about taking the survey and getting a coupon for the next service as well as a $ 15 rebate from Castrol that could be used in combination with the coupon for next time.
The people were pretty nice here and it was definitely quick, but there are local places that charges a lot less for the same service and also do it quickly. If their prices were lower, I would give them at least one additional star. The people were definitely nice and I did not have to waste a lot of time before heading out on my trip.

Awesome! I really appreciated their customer service. Very professional and fast. Only thing I would say other than that is that you sweat if it’s a hot day because you have to turn your car off and their are no fans (because the oil would be effected.) So bring a fan! :)

Love this place! As a female I always hated going to get my oil changed because I always seemed to be taken advantage of my lack of car knowledge, but at Take 5 that’s not the case. They have great customer service and always offer consistency. I won’t go anywhere else.

great place. decently priced and only took a few minutes. they explain everything they’re doing and how long it should take. i got a free drink and coupons for next time. they didn’t even offer to do anything that wasn’t necessary. definitely coming here again.

How many car owners put off getting their oil changed because of the hassle of dropping off their car? I know I did it all the time. Have you ever driven the two cars to the shop to find out that they couldn’t get you in? Okay… maybe not… you probably planned a little better than I did. Regardless of how your vehicle has hassled you in the oil change game, Take 5 is the remedy.
The service here is second to none. What a great team of guys that take customer service seriously. Fluids, tire pressure, thirst? It’s all taken care of while you spend 15 minutes in one of their stalls.
The prices range from, «I’m cool with that» to, «Does that include a back rub?»
In all seriousness… I’m not sure how this place could get less than 5 stars.

Jesse did an excellent job explaining the services offered and cost prior to pulling into the bay (prices are consistent with other oil change service companies). Both Jesse and Ricky took to changing my oil, topping off fluids and checking tires and such in a very efficient manner once I pulled into the service bay. Free drinks while you sit in your car for less time than you would think. With the consistent price, no pushy up sale and excellent customer service I will be back and recommend this service.

This is the most friendly and fastest service business I have ever dealt with in my entire 64 years. They are really unique with their fast and friendly service they provide.

Couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised. I always dread spending half of my day off to get my oil changed, but it honestly took 5 minutes, I didn’t have to get out of my car, and they gave me a free soda! Quick enough to do on my 30 minute lunch break.

Best oil change shop I’ve ever been too. From start to finish is 10 – 15 minutes and you don’t even have to get out of the car! Great customer service also. Repeat customer.
