Recently used these guys for a week long business rental. I dealt with Craig, who is the Branch Manager. Craig was very accommodating on making sure I was pleased with the vehicle. 1st vehicle I was assigned smelled like smoke and Craig quickly switched me to a different vehicle that I was more satisfied with.
I spend a lot of time traveling and in rental vehicles. I could take my business anywhere but choose to do business with this Hertz location.
The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the limited inventory. I have used these guys probably 4 times in the last 6 weeks and they have earned my business. My belief is you do business with people that appreciate your business.
