Dawn Johnson – State Farm Insurance Agent

This insurance company has to be the worst in Rock Hill, SC. I say this because of the service that I have received over the past 8 years that I have been dealing with them. I have never met «Dawn Johnson» and the only person that I deal with is the woman in the every front office when you walk in, Deborah Saunders. I’ve noticed a few times where Deborah has taken it upon herself to add things back in to my policy when I had it canceled. I did this to save money because I have an older model car that has a low Kelly Blue Book value. I did not receive a phone call as to why certain things were added back to my policy and why she added those things back without my consent. Very unprofessional. Also, I had to file a claim due to an automotive company not putting a screw back on one of my tires tightly, which caused it to fall off while I was driving. I was given the run around with this company entirely and I would call to speak with Deborah, since she is the only person that I have been dealing with over the years. She never returned my phone calls and I would have to track her down. A few years back, I was looking into some life insurance and discussing different options with Deborah and I felt that she was very pushy with making me sign up for a policy as if she was receiving some type of commission. I am just over this insurance company and it’s unprofessional ways.
