History

Established in 1999.

Carolina Crawl Space Solutions was founded by S. Brandon Kay in December of 1999 originally as a Termite and Pest Control Co. After crawling and inspecting crawl spaces for years, Brandon saw that there was a great need for reducing or permanently eliminating moisture in the crawl space. He then began to do research and soon discovered the new science of sealing crawl spaces. Brandon spent months on educating and training himself in the new science. After his training, he changed the name of his company to Carolina Crawl Space Solutions. Since this change in 2007, Carolina Crawl Space Solutions has continued their service in Termite and Pest Control and has developed successful Moisture Control systems for hundreds of crawl spaces.
