I haven’t seen any of the physicians and I already had a bad experience. I called and was told to give my insurance info before coming so I didn’t have on me at that time. A day later I get a message on my voice mail that if I didn’t call with my insurance they threaten to cancel my appointment. Well I call and did them a favor by canceling my appointment myself. I never heard giving your info before coming, if not they woul cancel your appointment. Well Im sure they are not the only physician on the planet so I call another place and already have an appointment elsewhere. And didn’t get threatened to to give my info or else.
Do not ise this place, thos was a sign for me to go elsewhere.
Horrible, unprofessional, rude, and lack of customer service.

Called for same day appointment. It was a Tuesday. Receptionist was kind and set me up for a same day appointment. They asked if I’d be using insurance and wanted my insurance information and my birthdate. They then said I could come in at anytime. No others persons were in the waiting area and I think I waited for about 30 minutes after arriving and completing paperwork to see a doctor. They asked me to pay the $ 25 copay before being seen then said if x rays are required I’d have to pay again. Doctor came in and asked one or two questions then said we need to x ray. Immediately my antenna goes up and I tell her That «I saw the x rays and I can’t see swelling in my leg now». All she said was no… It will show. Well she is probably right but hearing some doctor stuff would have been great after my x ray question. Just to ease my mind that the bill I will have to pay was worth it.
