Wedge Redux LLC specializes in providing upscale historic homes for lease exclusively in Rochester NY’s South Wedge Urban Village. We take great care in the selection and renovation of our homes to insure our tenants needs are exceeded. We answer tenant concerns promptly and professionally and take all requests into consideration. We understand the importance of family pets, organic gardening, and energy efficiency. We strive to provide the best service and most unique dwellings. We are easily differentiable from our competition as a company who puts the tenant first.

Rochester NY’s South Wedge Neighborhood is a wonderful place to call home. Rochester has a reputation for being the friendliest city, and we believe that reputation took root in the wedge. It offers ample green space, and easy access to downtown and universities. Local green businesses are springing up on every street corner in response to the growing demand for urban living and the architecture is unique & diverse.

History

Established in 2009.

Rochester NY’s Southwedge neighborhood has always captured the spirit of socially diverse urban life. As members of the community we felt it our obligation to improve that spirit a little piece at a time. From meeting fellow neighbors, to helping strangers and picking up trash, we felt that every smile we received only increased our awareness of our surroundings. We love the social diversity of the wedge and hope that you will too.

Business Owner

I am a graduate of RIT and have been a Rochesterian for over a decade. I love the outdoors in all seasons, and you’ll often find me with my wife and dog simply enjoying the fresh air. I enjoy long hikes in the woods, backpacking, skiing, flameworking, camping, Frisbee golf, photography, poetry, art, live music, spending time with friends, taking on new challenges, and constantly developing.
