Top Tier Delights is a small boutique style bakery that offers artisan, made from scratch wedding cakes, one of a kind special occasion cakes, desserts and pastries in southeast Minnesota.

If you are planning a wedding, bridal shower, anniversary, baby shower, retirement or an upcoming special event, celebrate the occasion with a custom cake from Top Tier Delights. All of our cakes are made with the freshest ingredients to give you the highest quality possible.

Top Tier Delights is a specialty brand of Powers Ventures located in Rochester, Minnesota. Powers Ventures is one of the largest caterers in Minnesota and includes the following organizations under the family umbrella; Canadian Honker Restaurant, Canadian Honker Catering, Rochester International Event Center, Canadian Honker Events at the Ramada and Pinnacle Catering. Annually the organization produces more than 250 weddings per year and an estimated 1,500 corporate and social events.

Meet the Manager

Dawn H.

Manager

Top Tier Delights is under the leadership of Executive Pastry Chef, Dawn Hodapp. Hodapp was the lead baker with Sun Valley Resorts in Sun Valley Idaho before moving to Minnesota with her family.

Dawn went on to formalize her talents in baking by receiving a bachelor’s degree in baking and pastry from Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island. From there she continued to hone her craft with various restaurants and resorts including serving in the role of Lead Baker with Sun Valley Resorts in Sun Valley, Idaho.

For Dawn, owning Top Tier means having the dream job and her company philosophy is, «You dream it, we can create it!» and loves taking abstract ideas and inspirations that clients have for desserts and turning them into a reality. «I love weddings,» says Dawn. «What more can you ask for than getting to be a part of someone’s day that they will remember forever?»
