I used to frequent this Tim Hortons every morning on my way to work, passing up others along my commute. Until this morning when they only gave me ¾ of a cup. You lost a loyal customer.

I was at the west Bloomfield location on orchard lake today, it says at the door they close at 12 am and we got there at 11.50 pm door was closed we had to knock at door for 5 minutes and the employee asked a customer to open the door, the man behind the register was very lazy and look like he did not want to serve us, I asked him for donuts he said we do not have any, we bought 6 cinnamon rolls and 3 iced coffee late, the other white guy came from the back and gave us the 2 lattes and was laughing at us, we told these do not look like lattes, he is like ya they are, and just turned his back and continue laughing, it was terrible service and product, very disappointed, will never go back

Perhaps the best customer service I’ve ever received at a Tim Horton’s.
As I rolled In the gal, Lauren identified herself, took an efficient order & said it will be ready with Sarah at the window. Which it was and my caramel frappé with a shot was made perfectly. Also I finally tried the Jalapeño Panninni Egg Whites & Sausage, which was Excellent!
