The doctor was running behind during my appointment, so I wound up having to wait for an hour. Glad I didn’t go on my lunch break during the work week! Dr. Johnson was nice, but kind of hurried, as expected. She seemed to know a lot about insurance and what was and wasn’t covered.
The counter lady/​assistant was nice. She helped me pick out glasses, and was honest (and not rude, as can be the case). I wish they had a larger frame selection.
Overall, I wasn’t swayed to be very happy with them, or unhappy.

I purchased a pair of glasses here a few months ago, because this is one of the places my insurance is good at. I am a HUGE Target fan, and shop there very often, so I figured because of insurance and my love for target I would give them a try. I ended up buying a pair of glasses and sunglasses. I was looking for something a little different than what I had previously, but nothing to different. I asked for the opinion of the guy working there and he told me which one he liked out of the two I was debating on, and decided to try the ones he liked because they were a little different. I ended up not liking how they sat on my nose, so I did take them back and did get to exchange them (I don’t love the sunglasses either, but again went with his opinion. I kept those, but just don’t love the shape of them either). So, I picked out a new pair of frames, and I really like them, but only about a month and a half after I got my glasses the anti-​reflectice coating started «peeling off». It looked like a dirty spot on my glasses, but wouldn’t come off, so it wasn’t actually peeling off. I took them in and got the lenses replaced, free of charge, because it was within 90 days. Well, it’s only been a month since I’ve had the new lenses and the anti-​reflective coating is coming off my new lenses now. So, as far as service goes, they’ve been very nice and helpful, but I’m not happy with the glasses/​lenses themselves. They seem like poor quality. I’ve had anti-​relective lenses elsewhere and have never had that problem and I’ve had those glasses for years. Needless to say, I will probably not be buying glasses there anymore.

Love this place! Great service and pricing is fair. Always have enjoyed my visits.
