History

Established in 2014.

RiverStones Custom Framing rose «out of the ashes» when Ben Franklin Crafts in Rochester closed its doors in June of 2014. Former frameshop manager, Kris Ebbeson, purchased the frameshop and the Franklin Gallery, renamed it, and opened a new store at 33 N. Main Street in Rochester. Tom Glover, local artist and framer at Ben Franklin, joined Kris at her new store. Together they bring 30 years of framing experience to RiverStones. The Franklin Gallery reopened in October of 2014 and features monthly exhibits of local area artists.
