Reynolds Design and Construction specializes in residential and light commercial remodeling. Owner Dave Reynolds has been building and remodeling houses for 15 years and uses his expertise in design and space planning to help clients achieve any goals they might have for their homes. As a design/​build company, we would love to help you come up with the perfect plan to maximize the function and beauty of your home. Once the plan is in place, Dave will personally work on and oversee your project to make sure problems can be avoided and the end result is exactly what you were hoping for.

History

Established in 2010.

After working in the Rochester area for years, Dave decided he wanted to break away from his job in remodeling sales to start his own company. Aiming to bring in a small experienced team to focus on remodels, Dave got right to work and has been blessed with fantastic customers.

At the age of 14 in my hometown near Detroit, MI, I earned my Eagle Scout award with a construction project which started my passion of woodwork and construction, leading me into a carpenter’s apprenticeship five years later! Shortly thereafter, I met my wife and we moved to Rochester where we set up home and began a family. I then started work as a house builder, remodeler, and project manager for both my own company and another corporation. We now have three kids and are thrilled to be involved in the Rochester community!

Besides my joy of family and work, my other love in life is music! For two-​and-​a-​half years I toured with the ska band Buck across the United States playing trumpet! I still perform occasionally with my guitar and band around south eastern MN, writing my own music. I am also fortunate to lead worship at local churches and events where I’m able to express my joy, thankfulness and life in Christ.
