History

Established in 2007.

In 2007 I left active duty service as a bugler with the US ARMY in order to attend school for music. I had already begun investing in real estate at the age of 19, so it made sense to get my Realtor license for a part time income while I attended school at Roberts Wesleyan College. By 2009 my business was becoming so consuming and enjoyable that i decided to change to a business degree that had more flexible hours, and would allow me to pursue a full time career with REMAX. I am still currently in the ARMY reserves in Rochester, and freelance as a musician for fun.

Philip Kovach graduated from LeRoy Central School in 2004 where he was active in the music department and wrestling team. in 2004 he joined The US Army and was stationed at Fort Drum NY with the 10^th Mountain Division Band, where he deployed to Afghanistan, and Pakistan in 2006. In Dec 2007 he was released to attend college full time under the GI Bill and he started his career in Real Estate. In 2010 he married the love of his life, Karen, and welcomed Clara, a beautiful baby girl, into the world in March 2013.
