Usually fairly happy with this place it is what it is but the last few times customer service resembles a scene from clerks which is a reference most of the people working there are too young to get… Sizes are disorganized, clearance sections are hidden and FYI if you find them the mysterious red lines apparently indicate that a item is a dollar this is a awesome bargain if you find them on everything but the oneses which are normally like 1.50 but you can buy 10 regular priced ones for 10 $ so one would assume the clearance would be cheaper right? nope same price at least I was told by the less than enthusiastic sales clerk and her team behind the counter. when I remarked that there was no clear indication of what the red line meant I was dismissed noncommittally. I probably would not have minded the pricing if there had been a little effort on their part…

Decent selection of items to buy, but man are they picky when it comes to selling to them! I had nearly new items that they refused. Some even had tags on them!
The toys are always a big pile of plastic bags except for the assorted ones ripped open by bored children.
It’s garage sale season, I will get a better selection from the offerings on the side of the road AND a better price!

They have a nice selection of items. I have bought and sold here. It’s always crowded, and sometimes hard to shop with people’s kids running around. However, I will continue to shop and sell here. I’m not sure why people seem to think this business is obligated to buy their items, because they are not. They buy what is in season, and what will sell. Give your stuff to Goodwill if you just want to unload it.

If you have time and patience it’s a great place to buy. I have 3 growing children and have finally learned that paying retail price just isn’t worth it, they grow and stain things so quickly. 75% of what I buy at once upon a child has original tags on it. Though they do have some things that look very used they have more clothing that look brand new. Great brands like Gap, Carters, DKNY, Disney, etc. does get crowded, lots of kids crying but like I said if you have time to sift through the all the clothes and patience for a small place, it’s totally worth it.

They seem to have a great inventory however I didn’t get time to shop around. It was VERY crowded when I went. I came in with 2 large bags of clothing to sell and left with almost all of it. Everything was brand new so I’m not sure why they didn’t take it. They were super busy but friendly. I’d probably go back to buy not sell.

Went shopping here for my twin nephews and found the best deals! The clearance was additional 70% off and some items of clothing still had tags. I got an amazing amount of full outfits for under $ 20. You gotta come and look around here!

They Totally Rip You Off When You Go In There To Sell Things!!! They Wanted To Give Me $.90 For A Brand New In The Package Pajama Set!!! Took The Set Out Of The Package And Through It Away Without Me Agreeing To Sell It To Them For That Price!!! What Right Did They Have To Do That!!! I Will Never Purchase Anything From There Because I Know They Are Ripping People Off Left and Right!!!

good slection, great prices, can get a bit crowded due to narrow aisles.

Love this place! There is so much second-​hand baby and kid stuff in this store it’s ridiculous. Everything is well organized, although there is a lot so the store seems a little crowded sometimes (especially when there are a lot of moms with kids in the aisles!). The workers are very friendly and helpful.
My favorite part is the book section– there are tons of books, and most of them are VERY cheap! Recently, I went and they had a ‘Buy 5, Get 5′ special on books… So I got 10 gently used baby books for $ 2.17 total. I have also heard that this is a really wonderful place to purchase clothes for your kids (but haven’t ventured into the clothing realm yet).
I know that you can also sell your new/​gently used items at this store, but I haven’t done that yet so can’t tell you much about it.
