I can’t believe these guys don’t have 100+ 5 star reviews. An excellent mechanic I have gone to religiously since they were recommended to me when I moved here 2 years ago. Excellent customer service. Very honest, never manipulative (as I have experienced at other places in the past). They will apply any and all coupons and discounts available to help you get the best price. Also, they clearly explain everything that’s going on and provide options and the cost and consequences of each option. I can’t say enough great stuff about this place. I have never had a bad experience, and would recommend them to anyone!

I get my oil changed here as well as some additional work including new brake pads and a replacement for my husbands catalytic converter. I get an honest answer as well as an explanation (show me what needs to be done while my car is in the bay). I always call ahead to get an appointment also. Finally they will match competitors coupons or give you the best rate they can. I will continue to have service competed here in the future.

I went here for the first time this past weekend to get my oil changed. I had heard an ad on the radio promoting an oil change for just over twenty bucks. I called ahead and the man that answered the phone was pleasant, and said they were quite busy and if I wanted an appointment for a «speed change» I would have to schedule it next-​day. I asked how long it might take if I brought it in same day anyway, and he said probably about 1.5−2hrs. I figured since I needed to get it done, and I also needed to go for a bicycle ride, I could combine the trip. I brought my bike, and dropped off my car. The service man answered my questions in advance, they used good quality Valvoline oil that was recommended for my car (10W-​30) by the manufacturer, plus they would check my brakes, rotate tires if necessary, all included in the price from my coupon from their website.
When I returned about 1hr 45mins later, they were just finishing up. Their waiting room definitely nothing to rave about, but it was air conditioned and had a water fountain, bathroom (dirty), and TV. When it came time to pay, everything was presented to me as expected, no surprises or extra fees, and no trying to hassle me to get extra work done. I will definitely come back here for oil changes. The price is right and the service was honest and on time.
