History
Established in 1980.
Over fifty years ago, Mike Anderson’s Father opened a small Pontiac Dealership in Logansport Indiana. Mike began his stay in the Dealership as a mechanic. Having learned from a great role model such as his father, Mike decided to open his first store. He followed his Father’s belief in customer service, in making sure that everyone had an experience rather than just a visit to the store. They both shared a vision, to make everyone that entered the doors, feel like part of a family. To others it is a cliché’ to the Anderson Family, it is what we are here for. In 1980 Mike Anderson opened the Mike Anderson GM store in Logansport Indiana. In 1988 he was offered to buy a store from a friend of his in Gas City, Indiana now known as Mike Anderson of Gas City. He later continued to add stores in Marion, Kokomo, Rochester, Ossian, Merrillville, Logansport, and Chicago. In every store, in every member of our team, you see the spirit of Mike Anderson, and of his Father.

Manager
John has been with the Mike Anderson Family for over twenty years. He lives the beliefs that Mike Anderson shares, and believes strongly in the open door philosphy for everyone. He strives to maintain a transparent presence, and shoots straight when a question is asked. He has worked his way up in the organization and has never forgotten why he is there… to serve his guests. He offers an open invitation to everyone in the Rochester, Indiana area to stop by. Whether they live in South Bend, Logansport, Kokomo, or any point in between or around!
John also is an fan of classic cars and is the proud owner of a 1961 Corvette… be sure to ask him about it when you stop by!
