McDonald’s

The staff was bickering, the counters and staff were dirty, there were fruit flies coming out of the ketchup pumps and condiment station was dirty too. No making me feel good about my breakfast. Where’s the customer service?

I came here from the airport and really had a craving for something delicious a.k.a. slightly unhealthy. I got a huge amount of chicken McNuggets and a bottle of water. Oh, and then I got a crispy chicken sandwich which tasty pretty good. If you do not like mayonnaise, please do not get this sandwich. I cannot complain. I found the service to be nice and friendly. A lady took our order. She was cordial and swift. Way better than some places downstate who sometimes appear like burnt out New Yorkers, but then again I do not blame them. Life is hard enough. The difference between this McDonald’s and let’s say one in Manhattan that I noticed was that there were people ready to take my order without any lines. To me, that is a great plus. Also, I noticed someone was walking around with a mop, cleaning the restaurant. It was efficiently run and not a dismal experience. I would go back.
