Jared is amazing! I was in town for business and smashed my iPhone 6 plus screen and it was destroyed. I thought I had to buy a new phone. Jared STAYED LATE after closing to fix it. A lifesaver! He showed me the change out our process and put my mind at ease. Amazing individual with great skills. Quick service. Knowledgeable and friendly staff member. Convenient hours. Fixed cracked iPhone screen in 20 mins and clearly explained warranty. Will be returning for an iPad repair soon and will recommend to friends.

So about a month after having my screen replaced my phone started losing track of time intermittently throughout the day. After taking it to the Apple Store they informed me that the problem was likely due to the screen replacement that was performed, which they immediately recognized as third party because the camera was off center and the home button was crooked. The repair Lombardo did completely voided my warranty and I now have a phone that cannot accurately keep track of time.
Do not use this place under any circumstance.

After another place downtown would not honor my Unilocal coupon and then after I had a glass put on the screen of my iPhone 6 and it was guaranteed not to break and broke shortly after, I took it back and they would not honor their guarantee. So I tried Lombardo and they were faster and less expensive and super friendly. I will come back here if needed but will never go to the other one that is further downtown.

Not sure what the previous reviewers are talking about — I had my iPhone screen repaired here last month and they stood behind the work — It comes with a 90 warranty. My screen looked great but the touchscreen part was messing up. I took it back and they determined that the digitizer (whatever that is) was messing up and replaced the entire screen again at no additional cost to me. Works fine now, so I’d recommend them.

They claimed to have fixed my iPhone screen for $ 90. I set it on the counter a day later and the same thing broke again. I explained it to a worker, not the owner, and he told me I was lying to him. (His exact words). I took it to a different place and they told me whoever fixed it the first time didn’t secure the new screen, which is why it broke the screen again in the same spot. Long story short… Definitely not the best place in town to take your IPhone for repairs.

They really helped me out! The guys are always knowledgable and will steer you in the correct direction. I can’t say how much they saved me, but they did great service on my computer. When my family member brought one in that wasn’t worth fixing they were honest and didn’t do repairs that were pointless. Thanks a ton!
