While they’re «nice», they have no sense of actual customer care. A smile and chirpy voice isn’t enough. My gel manicure was chipped after a week because they forgot to put top coat on, which is a pretty basic step. Mistakes happen fine, but do something to rectify it. They basically told me they can’t do anything about the fact that I had fully chipped nails after a week when it should have lasted at least two. Any other self respecting establishment would have tried to appease the client somehow. Well, I’ve got a whole bunch of other places to go, and I’ll make sure I let everyone else know too.

A salon has to keep up with what’s new! I walked out with a grandpa cut and I would never go back! They also try to force you to give them your personal info.

I’m so sad that I won’t be able to see Amber for regular massages now that I no longer live in Rochester. I’ve had massages about eight times by her and she is amazing! She knows all the funky spots in my back and works them out every single time. She’s great at suggesting Aveda essential oils when I can’t decide, and I appreciate that they don’t upcharge for the scents.
Amber is super nice and hilarious to chat with, but if you want peace and quiet during your massage that’s fine too! I’ll miss her dearly and would definitely schedule a massage if I am ever back in Rochester!

My husband and I check their website often to see the monthly specials and then we book accordingly. I get facials — he gets massages. I would recommend both. Pricing is pretty average for an independant, non-​hotel spa.

Extremely nice salon and spa. Had a pedicure as a Christmas gift and felt pampered. Employees are friendly and professional. Loved the décor and feng shui feeling of the facility. It was clean and nicely decorated. Will return when visiting Rochester.
