K-D Moving & Storage

I hate moving. I absolutely hate it. There’s nothing more paralyzing to me than the thought of packing up everything and carrying it down my narrow stairs and then carrying it back up another set of narrow stairs at the new place. Luckily for me, K-​D Moving had come recommended by a family member and I was willing to give them a try.
Was I lucky I did! The billable time started right when the truck leaves the warehouse, located right by Village Gate. I wasn’t moving too far away so the entire trip took about two hours. I didn’t even fill up the entire truck, so the unloading process was even shorter. For my time, I got two punctual movers, a whole truck to myself, and two of the most professional people I have ever worked with. When we saw that they had tracked in some grass and mud, the movers swept it right up and kept going.
I’m hoping I’m done moving for awhile, but when the time comes I will definitely be using K-​D again. Their courteous service broke me out of my moving-​induced trance and now I’m settled into my new place much sooner than I thought I’d be.
