First they say it’s a 5 mile radius for delivery, which my location was. Then they decide to change that to 5 minute radius, which again doesn’t make sense. This place is supposed to be known for convenient and friendly delivery and I had quite a bit of trouble with the manager at this location. Poor customer service and can’t seem to get their rules and regulations straight. Thumbs down.

Ten strikes you’re out. Every time I come here, EVERYTIME, I ask for extra hot peppers. And every time they say«Oh of course, no problem!» And every time… EVERYSINGLETIME, they don’t do it. This is food we get for takeout, so I never know until I get home, and who the hell wants to drive back. Because we are usually really busy on nights when we get takeout, which is why we’re getting takeout in the first place. And yeah the sub is still OK without the extra hot peppers, but what the hell. If you’re going to consistently fail to honor a customer’s simple request, especially after saying that you will, then up yours. One star. I usually go to the one on Monroe, but recently I came to the Henrietta location and got the exact same damn situation. Is management garnishing their wages based on how many peppers they put on each sandwich? Today at this place I asked for TRIPLE hot peppers. TRIPLE. And once again, a smile and a promise to do it. Get the sandwich home, and guess what triple means to them: THREEPEPPERS. Not even enough for regular peppers, much less triple.

I had a lovely lunch at Jimmy John’s. I ordered a Vito(Italian) Sub with added mayo. I was initially put off when the gentleman preparing my sammich dug out half the innards of my roll, but it turned out for the better. The sammich was quite balanced, something I’ve never really experienced with a sub before. The bread and meat were quite tasty which is exactly how Jimmy John advertises his subs, fast and tasty. My servers were on top of everything as well. They greeted me upon entry and didn’t think twice about me taking up a booth to wait for my sis. Every time I approached the counter for something I didn’t need to say a word. They knew just what was up. «Do you need a menu?» «Are you ready to order?» «Do you need water?» «Do you need napkins?» Why, yes, knowing and kind server. If I ever need a fast and tasty affordable sub, I’d come to Jimmy John’s over Subway. Not a single complaint.

I always get the Beach Club on a sub roll. Excellent Sammy!!! Today I ordered extra guacamole spread… I’m still looking for it. A little disappointed because they charged me .99. I don’t hold a grudge and will return again for my favorite sandwich!!! I think the best part is this damn roll… It’s got this hint of salt on the outside, it’s so soft and fresh baked! I could eat it alone slathered with butter along side a bowl of pasta & sauce :)

Every time I go there I have to ask my fiancé what I should get. She loves the place and I go as the tag a long. Good food but I can’t even remember what I ate to recommend it haha. Workers are always friendly and patient with me as I have to read the whole menu to choose something. I’m sure I’ll go back some time soon!

Ordered the #16 «giant club sandwich» for lunch. The website shows an actual sandwich on two pieces of wheat bread. This sandwich costs more than the regular 8 inch sub. The description on the menu said double the meat of the 8 inch sub. When I got the«sandwich» it was on a sub roll and I could barely see the turkey… Let’s face it Subway puts more meat on their subs. The veggies were fresh.

Great customer service and very fast, but the sandwiches are pretty bland. It’s pretty much just an alternative subway. The employees are great though, and very friendly. But this place is nothing special.

The staff here is the best. It’s rare to see these days fast-food employees that are completely on the ball. They are the most friendly and customer focused group I’ve experienced in years ! When not taking orders, they are all busy keeping the place immaculate and clean. The subs are somewhat simple, but are extremely fresh and tasty. Great place to stop for a quick lunch.

I moved to New York from Wisconsin and was pleased to see a Jimmy Johns close to work. The staff here are very friendly and efficient. Don’t let the Gold & Silver store and sketchy buffets next door keep you from stopping at this place!

Having relocated to Western NY from the Carolina’s, I was thrilled to see Jimmy John’s come to town. Been there a few times including today. The staff is friendly, helpful and customer focused. I like the bread at Jimmy John’s better than any of the other local sub shops. It really tastes like it was made in house. The Turkey Tom is a reliable choice with the standard condiments. Add the«Skinny Chips» if you are on the hungry side. Fast, fresh, predictable and tasty. Try it.

Pros: Fast, cheap, fresh, clean, can order online and delivery. Cons: Got my order wrong when I ordered online, nothing spectacular that I couldn’t create at home and the girl at desk was rude. Dibellas is more worth it for me personally. Honestly I dont see myself going back. Especially when I can drive just down the way to Dibellas.

Great location! The store is HUGE– way bigger than any I’ve seen. The employees were extremely nice, and the place was very clean. Per usual, the sandwiches were amazing with fresh ingredients.

Jimmy Johns recently opened down the street from my place, so I decided to give it a try. My boyfriend and I went in there on Saturday afternoon at lunchtime and ordered two sandwiches. I ordered a ham and turkey club, and my boyfriend ordered a tuna salad sub. The sub I ordered was decent– the bread was fresh, and you can tell that the lunch meat and the veggies on it were not sitting in a tub in a back room for a week. However, I’m not sure why it is called a club sandwich. I was a bit disappointed because any club sandwich I’ve had has several layers and is stacked on bread slices. Admittedly, I didn’t read the description on the menu real well, since it was getting busy and I wanted to hurry up and pick a sandwich so I could keep the line moving. Instead, I ended up getting a ‘club’ sandwich on a french bread roll. I wish the person who was taking my order reminded me that I could have gotten it on bread or a sub roll. It was still good, but I was hoping for more of a sandwich and not a sub. As for the tuna, my boyfriend said it was really good. The standard tuna sandwich comes with basic tuna salad, and is topped with alfalfa sprouts, cucumbers, lettuce and tomato. I wasn’t able to sneak a bite in, as he finished it rather quickly, so it must have been more than just OK. When you order a sandwich, you can make it a combo with a fountain drink and a cookie or chips. I tried the salt and vinegar kettle chips, which tasted like my favorite kettle chips I buy at Wegmans. They were very crispy with a strong salt and vinegar flavor — just the way I like ‘em! The chocolate chip cookie was soft with big chunks of chocolate in it. Much better than their competitor across the street! The overall atmosphere of Jimmy John’s is clean and friendly with quick service. Our subs were made promptly, and it was easy to find seating and get our drinks. We were greeted as we walked in, as well as when we left, which was nice. I gave this place four stars, because of the good service, clean restaurant, and decent subs. It’s not the best sub I’ve ever had, but it was fresh and piled high with ingredients, which gets high marks from this judge. FYI — JJ’s has online ordering and delivery! This is great for those trapped in their cubicle and only get 30 minutes to go out and get lunch. They also offer long party subs and sub platters for parties.
