If you have high school athletes, Dalberth’s is THE place to go for best bang for the buck. Staffed by young runners who are knowledgeable and will steer you in the right direction, they have three package levels with increasingly more and better gear in each. Even the most expensive package, about $ 125, will get you almost double that value in gear. Each package includes trainers and spikes and all kinds of freebies like sport bags, arm warmers, tech tee, gloves, hats, etc. Extremely claustrophobic experience, as there is almost no floor space, but remarkably well stocked, and they will find what you need. We’ve been every year for four cross country seasons and I highly recommend them. Encroachment of the U of R sprawl has made the neighborhood a bit less sketchy and a tad busier. Careful crossing the street.

I went here today primarily because they had a Groupon $ 25 for $ 50.
I had been here a couple of times in the past but many years ago. Actually forgot about it until the Groupon came out. They usually are not lacking in any sizes and are very helpful in fitting you correctly with a good pair of sneakers. They take the time to answer all your questions. Be sure to bring in your old sneakers, so they can examine the wear.
These aren’t Dick’s prices though so beware. Dick’s doesn’t give you the personal service either. When you leave you are much more knowledgable about your purchase.
Will definately go again!
